The proposed work includes excavating a lawn area (12" deep), to install concrete footings for a 2-bay swing set. Posts will be installed approximately 3' deep. The entire 1 excavated area will be covered with 12" of engineered wood fiber mulch,and level graded. Excess debris and material shall be properly disposed of offsite. No materials will be stockpiled outside of the erosion controls. 3. The applicant shall notify the Conservation Department prior to the start of work and set up a meeting to inspect the erosion controls. 4. Following construction the contractor will permanently stabilize the site with playground mulch as detailed in the herein referenced documents. 5. Upon completion of the work and final stabilization, the applicant will notify the Conservation Department to conduct a final site inspection. 6. This permit shall expire six months from the date of issue.
