Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Town. Hall located at 1201
Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at 7:301 pm to all parties interested in the
petition of Michael, Thomas and Cornelius Donovan, for property 470, 500, 530 Boxford Street (Map
105.C, Parcels 041, 042, 043), North Andover, MA 0.1845 in the 1x.1 Zoning District.
The Petitioner is requesting dimensional variances for 470 500, 5301 Boxford Street to allow for a lot line
adjustment between properties depicted as Assessor's Map 105.0, Parcel 041 with adjacent property depicted as
Assessors Map 105.0 Parcel 0142 with adjacent property depicted as Assessors Map 105.0 Parcel 0143. A
