ToWhom hMayComcern,
Weare seeking approval tmremove the following trees from our backyard:
1Hickory tree (inside fence)
1 Maple tree
Z Birch trees
7Midsize White Pine trees
All trees above are within 5feet ofour fence. Six ofthe White Pines are outside the Wetland buffer
zone. There are also approximately 30 small/sapling White Pines within 10 feet of the fence that we
xvnu|d like to remove.
The space where we'd like to remove these trees from has become dense and overgrown since the
house was originally built in2OO1. The Hickory and Maple inparticular have grown quite close tothe
house. We feel our proposal is minimal, will allow for more natural light in the yard, and will allow us to
enjoy our backyard more.
We met with Heidi Gaffney on 6/27/13 to discuss our plan and she took pictures of the area mentioned.
Thank you for your consideration.
