Applications Withdrawn: 2009 Salem Street PRD - 8 Single-Family Homes Definitive Subdivision Discussions: Lot Release: Lot 18 (a/k/a Lot 127, 11 Lancaster Road) Coventry Estates Subdivision Discussion for the Planning Board to sign off on the last remaining lot of the subdivision originally approved approximately 10 years ago. Continued Public Hearings: Olde Salem Village Site Plan Special Permit Remand PIrst Public/fearing:November 16,2004 Previous Meeting:July 19,2005 Last VHB Review:June 30,2005 Site Walk:June 18,2005 Decision Due:August 19, 2005(extension on file) Note: The Planning Board reserves the right to take items out of order and to discuss and/or vote on items that are not listed on the agenda. The Planning Board last heard the proposal on July 19'x'. At that meeting, the Applicant's Engineer, submitted revised site layout plans addressing all of the remaining concerns raised by VHB and Planning Staff at the July 19tH meeting held earlier that day. The Planning Board and the Applicant agreed that for the purpose of issuing a decision for the August 12t11 deadline, the site plan would utilize the sewer design originally proposed and that any changes to the sewer layout would need to come back before the Planning Board as an amendment. Since the last meeting, Town Counsel and the Attorney Speicer agreed to a revised deadline of August 19, 2005. The revised plans were submitted to VHB for final review(included in packet). We anticipate final comments from VHS before the Planning Board meeting. Once the remaining outstanding issues have been resolved, the plans are a stage where the Board could direct the Town Planner to draft a decision. Microwave Engineering, 1551 Osgood Street Site Plan Review Special Permit—9,075 sf addition First Public Hearing:March I, 2005 I'revions Meeting:July 19, 2005 Last VHB Review:July 14,2005 The applicant is proposing to add a 9,075 sf addition to the existing warehouse and office building with residual parking at 1551 Osgood Street. The purpose of this meeting is to update the Planning Board on the status of the application. The applicant's engineer submitted revised calculations to the VHB's July 14th review. The Planning Department is waiting for a final review from VHB. As the Board may recall, the outstanding items mainly involved revising drainage calculations and appropriate pipe capacity. Board instructed Lincoln to draft a decision by the next meeting; the Board will keep the public hearing open until the next meeting. Board instructed Mr. Bartlett's engineer to address all issues and get all issues completed and then a decision will be read by the next Planning Board meeting. A draft decision will be presented at the meeting. 1025 Osgood Street, Hearthstone Realty 3-story office building(Phase 11) Site Plan Special Permit Watershed Special Permit Date of Public Hearing:March 1,2005 Estimated date to render a decision:July 19,2005 Last VHB.Review:July 14, 2005 The purpose of this meeting is to update the Planning Board on the status of the redesigned site layout for Phase I1 of the Treadwell's project. The Applicant submitted revised site pians incorporating the Planning Board's recommendations. The Planning Department is waiting for an updated review from VHB. It is anticipated that a review will be submitted to the Planning Department before the Planning Board meeting. 125 Campion Road, Watershed Special Permit, Stabilization of slope Draft decision for 812105 PI. Richard Kaminski, Engineer, recently spoke with the current owner of the property, Steve Gelerman. Mr. Gelerman will grant an access and maintenance easement to the Town provided that any repairs to the drainage infrastructure be at the expense of the Town. Mr. Kaminski will submit final easement plans to Planning Department by week's end. A draft decision will be distributed at the Planning Board meeting. The decision will include language referring to the submission of easement documentation as a final condition of approval.
