2. Befi n i i i ve abdivision plans for the Archdiocesan
development of Waverly Bd. were referred to this Board from
the Planning !card for an opinion. Mr. Chepulis who had made
an on-site xns:vuction described wet areas and streams. Residents
of the area add-a inf"oruation on present drainage and cited
numerous problems which have occurred because of drainage
complications.
` The CorrAm ssi c,n requested the acting secretary to send„ a
letter to the Planning Board statipg ,their feeling that the land t�
does come unle s Oe Aurisdi.ct i.on of this Board and that the
developers w K l have to file a Notice of Intent pursuant to the
condin ;ins of the Wetlands Protection Act.
A dis ussiov was held on the possible acquisition of three
parcels of land off ,l ,lem and Forest Sts. which have been appraised.
