zoning district. Waiver on file until January 28, 2009.
4 Metro PCS, 70 Elm Street, Special Permit,proposes to install 6-panel antennas
at a centerline of 80' in existing church steeple and related BTS cabinet within R-4
zoning district. Waiver on file.
5 William J. Nigro—request to be placed on 2009 Town Meeting for Street
Acceptance for Long Pasture Road, Wants to be placed on January 20th PB
meeting.
DISCUSSION:
6 Dennis DiZolio,Discussion with Merrimack Valley Planning,regarding
"Priority Growth Strategy".
7 Omnipoint Communications, Inc. requests a pre-application discussion in
connection with application for Special Permit @ 70 Elm Street, to install, operate, and

maintain a stealth wireless communications facility consisting of up to 4 antennas
mounted within the existing spire.
8 Planning Board letter of approval for Pre-K school adjacent to Atkinson
School.
9 Registry of Deeds authorization letter.
10 Review of draft zoning for wireless facilities and;
11 Review of draft of downtown overlay.
