Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall at 120 Main.
Street,North Andover,MA on Tuesday, October 10,2017,at 7:30 PM to all parties interested in the petition:

104.1), Parcels 26), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-1 Zoning District.
The Petitioner is requesting 5 Variances in accordance with Sections of the Zoning bylaw to construct a
130'Monopole in an R-1 Zoning District:

• 8.9.3.c.v(l)(Setbacks)Front 173 feet, required 600 feet, Variance of 427 feet.
8.9.3.c.v(1)(Fall Zane) required is 600 feet actual is 270 feet Variance of 330 feet
• 8.9.3.c(i)(Height General) Proposed 135 feet, allowed 45 feet, Variance required 90 feet
• 8.9.3.c(ii)(Height Ground Mounted Facilities)Proposed 135 feet, allowed 45 feet,Variance required 90

at 120 Main Street,North Andover, MA, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from the hours of 8:00-4:00,
Tuesday from the hours of 800-5:30 and Friday from 8:00 to 11.:30
