wa~ not desigmed in a~oorda~oe with the approved plan. He claimed that it is a 6%
grade. Chepulis told him what Mr. Umlah had said earlier. Cyr went on to sa~ Shat

with the plan. He Shem asked who ~i~ it is not a 6% grade - ~usan ~t. Pierre stated
that she had. Cyr asked for proof of this and Chepulis responded by asking him if
he had proof that it is a 6% grade. Cyr did not reply. Instead, he asked what the
Toga Plan~er thinks the job of the Highwa~ Surveyor is and if she Shanks he is ~ork-
ing for her. Mr. Chepulis stated that he looked at the siSe and he, too, did nos
see ~here it could be a 6% grade. Cyr retorted that he would like to go out there
with an instrument~ the abutter has a problem, the contractor has a problem and be-
tween the 3 of us we will work it out. Roberts then stated that, hisSorically, we
have always g~e By Cyr's recommendation and desired to wait until he releases it.
