HomeMy WebLinkAbout1950-05-01May 1, 1950 Meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8:15 P.M. in the Town Bdilding. Members present:' ~egory Mooradkanian, Chairman~ Peter Ritchie and the new member Lyman Kilton. Mr. Christopher Kelly was present before the Board and stated that he had talked with Mr. Brasseur and that Mr. Brasseur had assured 'him that Princeton Street was a part of an old layout which had been approved very marg years earlier. However, he had no plan to show to the Board and Mr. Brasseur did not attend this meeting so that no plan was available. Mr. Kelly was advised to go to the Registry of Deeds and to procure a copy of this layout and ~r esent it to the Board at a later date. Mr. John'Sawyer and Mr. Aurel LeBrun were present beofre the Board re- questing information regSrding the erection of a gasoline filling atation and milk bar on Salem Turnpike at Hillside Road. They were informed that an ~plication should be made to the Board of Appeals as"a non-conforming US em A general discussion held relative to the new maps which have been made of the Town of North Andover.' Several copies of these maps were shown to the Board ~y Mr. Mooradkanian, who has colored them in tc show various sections. The Board felt that when this series of maps were completed, they would be of great value and help to the Planning Board. Motion was made and seconded and it was VOTED to adjourn the meeting. Whipple, James T. Poor and Lymph H. Kilton. Mr. Christopher Kelly of Princeton Street was present before the Board and presented a plan of a layout of which Princeton Street is a part. This plan. was surveyed in 1909 by John Frauklin C.E. and plan was registered in the Registry of deeds ~m February 3, 1915.~?zts plan was studied by the Be.ard and after a discussion, it was felt that this Beard had no juris4iction in this matter and Mr. Kelly was advised to take the matter up with Mr. Dully ef the Board of Public Works.
