Motion was ~ade ~nd se .conded and it was VOiD that the Board give tentative
approval of the prel/~nary pl~s presented on February 15j l~lj to the
Sutton Hill Co. for certain midifications of ways and ro~ds~ VIZ: a revo-
cation of the approval granted by the Planning Board previously for a roadway
known as Button Hill R~ad, beginning at the Junction of Johnson Street to
to the intersection of ~ea~h Road and in substituting for said ~uttonn ~
Road to have present Heath Road as shown on original plan so approved, extended
to said Johnson Stree~ as shown on p~lan presented on February 19, 1751. ~t is
further underst~d t~at the approval of the Board of the final plm~ .to be
submitted to it by the owners shall not be. granted unless and until the said
Sutton Hill Co. shall have first laid ou~j i~proved and built f~.roved roads
and w~s with proper reasonable ~ades on said Heath Rvad extension and on
Sutton H/11 ~oad, ~h~ch are on said plans as sub. fred on 2/17/51o

Meeting called to order by the Chairma~ at 8:15 P.M. in the Town ~uilding.
Members present: Chairman, Peter Ritc .hie, ~regory MeOradkanian, Edwin Reinhold
and Lym~u ~. Eilton.
A discussion of the Button Hill Co. plans was held and Mr. Brasseur was called
to the meeting. Mr. Brasseur stated that not hear anything further from the
Sutton ~ill Co. officials and that he had nothin~g new to discuss with the
Board at this time.
Since~.~w:~W~s~he last meeting for the Chairman, Peter Ritchie, Motion was
made and seconded and it was VOTE~ that a vote of thanks be given Mr° Ritchie
for his hard work and cooperation and services during the past years while he
served on this board both as a member and as its Chairman.
