The meeting was called to order by Edwin Reinhold who acted as Ch~ rm~n
for this meeting,
Members present: Edwin Reinhold, S~cretary, Nicholas Nicerta and
Lyman H. Kilton Jr.
There were no applications to be considered by the Board.
Final bills were signed for the year 1951.
Mr, Brasseur was present at this meeting and informed the Boa~d that the
street list which he is compil~ug would be ready for the January meeting.
He also suggested tbmt this ~st be kept on cards and in duplicate because
of additional information which he hopes to be able to get in the flubure,
Im this wa~ more information can be added to cards than trying to add it
on to a typewritten sheet. He also suggested that this card system be kept
for c~e year and at the end of that time he felt sure that all available
information would be posted onto the cards and then if the Board wished it
could be printed and put into book or p~mph~et form.
The Board thought that this would be a good idea and motion was made and
seconded and it was voted to keep this information on cards for another
year.
Motion Was made and seconded and it was voted to adjourn at lO:O0 P.N.
