for the approval of the layout of Phillips Court. ' °

The letter received from Mr. Duf~ on AugUst 1~, 1953 was read by the Board.
A discussion was beXd relative te this report en Phillips Court,
Motion wa~ the~ '~ade and seconded and it was una~-ouel~ voted by the members
present te accept the rece~uendations of the Board ef Public ~orhs,
Me, ion was =-de and ascended and it was um~us~y vo+~d by the members present
that the .~-- ef the layout of Phillips Court be accepted and approved if and
when the following requirements bad been ~et:
1-~em~ve five trees where ~oots are blocking ~he sewer as ~er plau ~ub~itted
by t~e Board of Public ~or~s showing the location ef said five trees.
2-Cem~e~t lets ~. ~3~, 345, ~51 and 355 en Osgood Street to the OSgood Street
sewer se as to discontinue the present 'main sewer en private preper~y in,the
rear ef the henses.
3-Cenneet the ~ sewer en the private wa~ from ~hillips Court te Harkaw~
Read te the first 'manhole fr~m the East side tr--M sewer~ a dis~ce ef ~
feet~ so as ~e discomML~ue the maia sewer ea ~rivate property.
4-~rant an easement en the private way from Phillips Cour~ $.o the East side
trunk sewere
5-That three easements be granted for drainage from the ~ sting Street ~rains.
6-That proper street ben,ds be set in accordance with those show~ on the plan.
MOtion ~s then made -~ ascended and it was voted te adjourn the meeting
at 10~10 P.M.

Mr. Rei~ol~ advised the Planning Board ~bers that he was sending his
resignation as a me~ber of the Planning Board te the Board ef Select~en
en this date ~e be effective i~mediately.
Septeaber 1, 19%3.
~etter to the ~oard ~f Selectmen requesting a Joint meeting with the Planning
Board and the Board cf Selectmen te appoint a new me~ber to fill the vacancy
~-~e by Mr. Reinhold, s resignation.
