Mr. Angus EacNeil appeared at 9:40 P.M. He stated that at first he wasn't
going to come to the meeting, but then thought that he might be of some
assistance to the Board and would be able to give some pointers on how to
go about the planning program.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
C~ Tuesday, June 2~th, Mr. Nicetta and Mr. Ffnck met with Mr. John T.
Black~ell at 4.'45 P.M. in the To~ Building. Mr. Black~ll presented his
ideas along with a' letter which was of the s~me substance as the discussic~
which he had with the members. Mr. ~lm~n a~-~-ived at 5:35 P.M. and joined
in the discussion. Mr. ~11 stated that he would like to hear
wa~ er the other before July 2Oth.
This meeting adjourned at 6:30 P.M.

The meeting was called to order by the Ghatrman at 7:30 P.M. in the
Town Building.
Members Presen$: Nicholas ~. Nicetta, Chairman, Howard ~ilman,
~eoretary, and Ralph Flnok.
Two bills were approved.
A discussion was had as to how much money the Board would have to ask
for at a Special Town Meeting to carry through the Re,.zoning Plan. It
was decided that between $4, OOO and $5,000 would be am appropriate
amount. ~he letters from all of the consultants were discussed and
carefully considered.
The Board then decided that it would have a special meeting with the
Advisory Board to discuss the Re-zoning Plan a~d the appropriation
wiSh whloh to carry the plan through. This special meeting will be
held oh Monday evening,-August 9th, at 8:30 P.M. in the Town Building.
A discussion followed about appointing the proper committees if the
Re-zoning Plan goes through.
The meeting adjourned at 9:15 P.M.
