going provision as above stated when making their recommendation for in-
creased lot sizes. This motion was seconded by Mr. Osgood.
2. Planning Advisory Council: Mr. Blackwell stated that in order to co~lete
the work undertaken by citizens of the Town, it would be necessary to again
write them asking their co-operation. After 'discussion of this matter, the
Board voted to allow $200.OO of the appropriation for the planning program
for Mr. Blackwell's office to complete these maps in the required time.
Through this measure, the planning advisory council will not have to be con-
tacted until a later date.
3. New Highway - Mr. Blackwell has promised to send Mr. Nicetta the latest map
of the proposed relocation of route 110.
4. Progress Report - Mr. Blackwell mailed a copy of this report to Mr. Nice~ta
and members of the Board. He also showed maps on slides of work he has done
for other towns in order to give the members an idea of t~e final picture
that will be attained in North Andover.
On motion of Mr. Gilman, seconded by Mr. Banna~, the meeting adjourned at 11:OO p.m.

The meeting was called to order by the chairman at 7:30 p.m. in the Town
Building. Members present were Mr. Nicetta, Mr. Finck, Mr. Gilman, Mr. Barman
and Mr. Osgood.
Representatives of Bixby-Northrup appeared with regard to laud on Turnpike St.
requesting general information with regard to the Board's regulations.
i petition was received from Lawrence Processing of Lawrence~ Mass. requesting
the rezoning of a parcel of land on Clark Street from residential to Ludustrial.
On motion of Mr. Osgood seconded by Mr. Bannan, the Board unanimously voted to
hold a Public Hearing on petition of Lawrence Processing on April 25, 1955.
MinUtes of the March 28th meeting were read by the clerk. On motion of Mr.
Osgood seconded by Mr. Gilman, the Board voted to accept the minutes as read
Mr. John Shields, representing S~aerwood Homes, Wakefield, Mass. appeared with
reference to homes he plans to build on land presmntly owned by Mr. Robert Burke.
Mr. Nicetta informed Mr. Shields he must submit a preliminary plan showing water~
streets, 'etc., b~fore further action could be taken by the Board.
Mr. Colgate and his attorney, Mr. Steele of the Colgate Construction Co. presented
their plans oft developments on Mass. Avenue. Mr. Nicetta informed the gentlemen
that the plans did not meet with the approval of the Board of Public Works with
regard to ~aterand sewer and must be correcbed to receive the approval of the
Planning Board
