Mr. Blackwell, the planning advisor met with the Board and displayed
the maps and work done to date on the planning and reining program.
The meeting adjourned at 10:30 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by thelchairman at 7:30 p.~. Members
present were Messrs. Nicetta, Finck, Gilman, 0sgood.
Mr. Gouldand Mr. Siegel appeared before the Board in the.interests of
a subdivision known as Stanleyville stated they had received state
Board of Health approval for septic tanks. Before submitting their
plans to the Board Mr. Siegel asked if the Board would make any
suggestions or changed now so as to save time. He sta~ed this is a
street of record in the county but not an accepted street. The Board
asked that Mr. Siegel bring in the original deed~ profile, certified copy of
clause of agreement and plans showing a turn around. Mr. Siegel was also
informed by the Board that the Town Board of Health has the last word with
regard to the s~ptic tanks.
Members of the School Building Committee, Mr. Chas. Trombly, Dr. Atkinson,
Mr. Rockwell, Mr. Costello, Mr. Abbott Stevens, Mr. Francis Kittredge, Mr.
William Rock and Supt. of Schools Francis O'Brien met with the Board and
the town planning advisor, Mr. Blackwell. A discussion with ~r. Blackwell
was held with regard to the school building problems confronting the Boards
with regard to zoning. Mr. Blackwell displayed maps completed by citizens
of the Town to ~ll members present.
On motion of Mr. Finck, seconded by Mr. Osgood the Board unanimously voted
to have the maps being used cloth mounted.

The meeting was called to order ~t he chairmmn at 7:~O p.m. Members
present were Messrs. Nicetta, Gilman, Finck, Osgood, and Bannan.
Mr. Cristaldi who owns lots on Putnam Rd. came in and told the Board
he wishes to subdivide the land. Mr. Nicetta informed Mr. Cristaldi
that this land does not ~eet the requirements of the Zoning By-Laws.
