The meeting was~called to order by the ehairm,~ at 7:30 p.m. Members pre~s~nt were
Mr. Nieetta, Mr. Gilman, Mr. Fi~nck, Mr. 0sgood, and Mr. Bannan. ~
Mr. Salisbury's bill was pre~ented and will be t~rned over to the Board. of Selectmen
flor payment.
Mr. Arthur Colgate came in with plans for Chadwick St., Ckiekering Road area Stating
Mr. Robert Goodwin brought in the plans before and the Board questioned the drainage.
Mr. Colgate stated that Mr. Cax~ has now put in a new drain. Mr. Nicetta explained
that the owner has certain rights, and Mr. Colgate c~-not run a drain in and therefore
must get an easement through this land.
Mr. Joseph Kort of Brewester Street stated he wished to know tabour the extension of
this street. He stated when it rains it washes away his fill. The Board ~*ormed
Mr. Kort that ~his is a private way and the Board has no jurisdiction An this matter
and that ne should take the problem before the Board of Selectmen.
Mr. Roland Sher,~ and Mr. I. Lloyd came An with plans of Sutt~on Hill ~oad. Mr. Sherman
stated a man wishes to build on a lot not accepted. Mr. S~erm_,~ stated ha does not see
that it comes under the subdivision control law and t~at Mr. Dully informed him there would
be water. Mr. Sherman stated the marls desire is to star~ building Before the cold weather
sets in. He said the original plan of Heath and Sutton Hill Road was approved by the
Board of Survey wish grades, etc. taken into consideration.
Mr. Nicetta ~_-*ormed the ~ gentlemen that a bond would have to be put up .for the
work to be done with regard to sewerage and road building.
Mr. Finok said tha~ if the gentlemen could prouo this is a way and not just a ~ track"
than possibly he (Mr. Finck) could sign the plans as not needing Planning Board approval.
Tee Board ~-~ormed the gentle~n that a ~blic nearing would be held on this matter after
all other Boards in the Town, connected with the matter, had given their approval to t~e
plans.
The meeting adjourned ~t 10:30 p.m.
