Mister, Finck, Nioetta, B~an, and ~r. Osgoed.
Mr. Mrs. Kent. of Seec~d Street appeared before the Board in reference to their pla~ of
lamd located en the easterly side of Salem Turnpike and nor%hotly side of Hillside Read.
T~e Keats brought in their petitic~ to s~-~e the zoning fr~m Agrieultursl to Business.
~Their in the moving business and wish to settle their residence and business in this
property. The Beard informed the ~eats a date w~ be set for a hearing.

a supermarket in the locale. The land is approximately 130 feet. ~r. Chairman related

Mr. Daniels, Attorney representative of Mr. Alosk~ came be~ the Board. He was infor~ed
by Mr. Finek if he inted~ed to put au article in the To~n ~arran~ it would be wise to do
as soon as possible as the deadling is nearing. He went on further to say the Planning
BO~d is not tr~__g to h~nder Mr. Aloskys business in any way. ~ttorney D*-~el's showed
the Beard the deed to the land which shows the owaer has 20 feet in width frc~ the easterly
side ~n Parcel on Sutton Strset~ also, no one is supposed to park on the way only the ~ner
and whatever vehicles he possesses. Mr. 0sgood stated that t~ty feet for a truck is not
much room. and Mr. Nicetta said tha~ tbs land does not ~eet the requirements as far as
sub-division goes. Mr. Finok also pointed out that they do not have any rights in equity
as far as sub-clivisic~ is concerned. Mr. Finck went on further to tell Attorney D-~el's
that he would like to check the sub-division laws more eare~,~y. Attorney Daniel's left
at $'.40 P. F.
The Misters Deb~mis amd Bergs: appeared in cc~aeti~ with a sh~pp~ center which would
be located ca Chickering Road in the vie~ty of Woody~s. It would be a series of stores
approw~w~tely 110 feet square. The first building would be at least 1~0 feet from
Chiekering Road, ~d the least point to the boundry line no less than 50 feet. They will
all be single story structures. The land in a~ea is 24 acres. These ~e~tle~en h-ye
erected shopping centers in Bedford and Twwksbury. The Board questioned if they would
be patented exactly as they are and they replied No. Mr. Banuan asked where the entrances
and exits would be located, and they replied a ram~ and an outlet through Ootuit Street.
Mr. Berger and Deb~nis will come before ~he B~ard at the next meeting Feb~y 6 with
complete plans.

In reply to Mr. Blackwell's letter that the. Chair~w read to the B~ard. It was decided

Following a discussion of the need ~f an e~seutive session of the Board a~d an ~tion
