Members present were: Nicholas Nicett, Chairm~n, ~ph Finck, Howard Gilman, John Osgood and James Barman. The Board drew up the the Town Report and it was submitted.as follows: The Board held thirty-three meetings during the year 1955. Seven applications f~r re-classification of whidh three, were approved, three were denied, and one waswithdrawn. The Board also had five applications for Sub-division of which three were denied, and two given conditional approval. A Public Hearing was also held on the Board's recommendation in view of increased petitions for Sub-divisions to increase the lot size under the Zoning By-Laws from seventy-five
