Mr. Gilman brought out the point if one business is undesirable and moves from said place
of business, another business of the same nature c-*~ purchase and operat~ as the previous
business. Mr. Black~ell referred to page 19, paragraph 10.1.
Mr. Blackwell said he would like a copy of the letter sent by the Beard of Trade.
Mr. Bashan made a motion that said place of property as the Wipex Corp. be zened industrial.
Mr. Black~ell said he would add an industrial do on the map for the Wipex Corp. or find
other means.
The ~eeting adjourned at 10:30 P. 14.

The meeting was e~lled to order at 7~55 P. M. Members present: Nicholas F. Nicetta,
Ch~ir~__~, John Osgood, Secretary, Ro~a~xlG~lmn~, James Bannan andRalphFinck,
Mr. Blackwell also attended this meeting, he suggested passing over retail business at this
session.
Mr. BArman mentioned that the WipexCorporation has 7 acres of land. The Clerk was asked
to make a note of it.'
Mr. Blackwell read specific specifications form Mrs. Susan~o~ks Thomas, o~ner of the
Philips Brooks Rouse who desires the area to be ch~n~edfro~¥illage to Oou~tryResidential.
A letter was read from the North~ndoverHistoriealSoeietyrequestinga zoning change
fronFillage to Country Residential in preservation of the Center area, this includes the
Bradstreet Rouse.
Mr. Blackwell stated that Mrs. Thomas's requests would do no b~d, the same sentt~en~
was expressed by the Board. The Planning advisor suggested the ch-~ge to the center line
of Bay State Road and center line ex-tended.
In relation to:the North Andover Historical Society Mr. Blackwell stated to describe the
boundaries as followsl Between the center line of Osgoed Street by the philips Brook Road
center line and Bay State Road center line, thence by the center line of Bay State Road
extended easterly across land of the Bradstreet Hbuse and others to ~ntercept center line
of Court Street.
There was some discussing regarding the sewage southwesterly fromM ass. Ave. betweea
Chickering Road and Woodstock ~treet and if it could ~ccommedat~'~e new house buildings
in or through the existi~ sewers in Linden Ave. and~s. Av~., also the sewer proposed
in Colgate Road. A letter to this extent was sent t~ the Board of Public Works requesting
the depth of said leeations.
