Regular Meet~ ~g.
The meet~as called to order at 7:45 P. M. Members presentt Nicholas Nieetta,
Chairman, Ralph Finck, John Osgood, Secretary, J-mos Banusn and Howard
The Secretary read a letter fr~a Ira D. Carry, co~cerning the Suttoa ~l~ Co., Inc.
Mr. Bannan moved that ~he Board adjourn until the month of October. ~his motion was
not seconded.
Attorney I~meh, representative for Mr. Roy Fart ease before the Beard and explained hie
client want to' move a pile ef dirt and use ~ on the land at Salea and Foiter Streets.
He explained the matter had to do with three pareelaoof land, Rennies parcel and the Junc-
tion of ~lem and Foster Streets. After discussing the ~attor~ the Board ~-~or~ed hi~ it
was a case for the Beard of Ap~ ale.

The grade of Heath Road~ where it 'enters Milk Street, should be revised se t~at the grade
of Milk Street will not be raised withia its ow~ limits.
Tee cathhbasins should be added at the foot of the grade of Heath Road where it enter~
Milk Street~ to intercept wash fro~ Milk Street at this paint and a connectien should
be made between th~s line where it enters Milk Street and the end of the e~isting Town
dr~in~ appro?4=~tely at the propert~ ~--- between 34 and 30 Milk Street. Four catch-
basins will probably be required in this Milk Street line. There is a cul~-t ~roes~ng
Milk Street clecer to theend of Heath Road~ but this Culvert ia flowing to oapacit~ at
present and its lead should net be increased.

Mr. Beattie. ~ade various statements opposing the suggesting 8tatsncnts. Mr. Chairman
informed hi~ the ~ Board rogulatione have to be approved by the various departments
of the Town,
Mr. Beattie stated he would correct the suggestions on the map and a Public Hearing date ·
was set for M~nday July 16, 1956- '
Mr. Osgood ~atio~ that the P]~,ning Board will not ~eet until the second Monday
September. This was agreed upon
