Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public
hearing at the top floor of Town Hall, 120 Main Street,North Andover,MA on Tuesday the 130'
of November, 2007 at 7:30 PM to all parties interested in the application of Denise Grasso,245
Bridle Path (Map 64, Parcel 74),North Andover requesting a dimensional Variance from
Section 4,Paragraph 4.136.3.c.ii.3 of the Zoning Bylaw in order to construct a detached
accessory garage within the 100' buffer from bordering vegetated wetlands and within the Water
Protection District's Non-Disturbance Buffer Zone.
Said premise affected is property with frontage on the West side of Bridle Path within the R-1
zoning district.
Plans are available for review at the office ofthe Board of Appeals office, 1600 Osgood Street,
Building 20, Suite 2-36, North Andover, MA 01845 Monday through Friday during the hours of
8:30AM to 4:30PM.

building permits under the Town of North Andover Growth Management by-law Section 8.7 of
the Zoning by-law. Pursuant to 8.7 .5 this Development Schedule must be filed in the Registry of
Deeds and be referenced on the deed of each of the lots below and be filed with the Planning
Board prior to the issuance of any building permit or permit for construction.
