Upon a motion made by Joseph D.LaGrasse and 2n4 by John Pallone the Board voted to GRANT applicant's Variance for relief from Section 7,Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of 25'for frontage, 15.7'for front setback,and 3.9' for right side setback in order to extend 2nd story walls within the current footprint as shown on the Plan of Land by Ronald J.Natoli,Professional Land Surveyor#30760,Ron Natoli,P.L.S., 179 High Street,Candia,New Hampshire 03034,dated 31.Jan.02 and applicant's 4 page drawing of existing and proposed floor plans date stamped ZBA Received February 19,2002;and GRANT the Special Permit from Section 9,Paragraph 9.2 within Table 2 to extend the 2d floor walls of a pre-existing structure on a non-conforming lot. Proposed use for the land or structure. Continue to use the structure as a single family dwelling. B.
