The meeting was called to order, at § :30 P.M. in the W~:l.fa_~a Off/ce due
to the Court Room being u~d for the p~poee of v~tlng.

The Board signed vouchers for clerk,s salary, $50.625 Eagle-Tribune Publishing
Co., $131.505 Carl Thc~, Custod_!~n, $7.50; Cornelius Hega~, Custedian, $7.50
and George Seymour, $4.75.
The Secretary. read the minutes of January 7. Mr. Barman madea motic~ that
they be accepted as corrected, Mr. G~3~-~ seconded this motion. The vote was
'Mr' FinCk moved f.hat ~he minutes of January 16 be accepted. Mr. Gilman seconded
the motion. The vote was unanimous.
Mr. Barman made a motion ~hat the petitien of Leuis H. McAloon, Francis B.
Kittredge and others, be granted, the reason being that it is an extention of am
existing business area. Mr. Finck seconded this motion. It was unanimously carried
by the Beard.
It was unanimously voted that the sub-division la~ut of the Lantern C~rporation
c~ Dale Street be disapproved upon the grounds that ene lot in the sub-divisie~ is
not in accordance with the frmatage regulatiens of the Zez~ing By-La~.
Mr. Finck made a motic~ to rec~end w~ffavo~able action on the application
Charles W. Trembly and others, based upen the emhanstive research of the Zoning
study conducted by a professicmml plier that conditions have not changed in the
short period of time. Mr. Nicetta was recorded ag~-~t tb~_~ action.
The Bo~ was unanimous in agreeing that Mrs. McQaesten's land enl7, be zoned
Village Residential, Section J. in the North Audover Zeni~g By-La~.
~ae Secretary read the First Article of the Zoning By-La~ cc~cer~n~g Sutton
Street. The Board rec~ favorable actien on this Article.
Second Article. Board recommended unfavorable action on this Article.

Seventh Article. The Board re~__~,,euds that it be stricken from the warran%
because of the follow'lng reason: The Board is of the opinion that censiderable
conflict still exists over classificatic~ of certain businesses now used or
eperatihg in the Te~-~ either General B~siness or Neighborhood B~siness, and that
f~rther a~tempts at reclassification be stricken from the warrant. The Board
feels that any corrected measures for the present be stricken fr~m the warrant.
