He stated his client would bn~ld 50' back frma the street. that ~m Farm has executed an option for the plot of land in the rear of the proposed building owned by Roy Farr. The Board notified him that unfavorable acti~a was taken ~n the application. Mr. Brasseur stated that a land suit against the Town of North Audover was in process regarding the Kim~ land. He desired the Board to ~ him the' file on The ~mb~ll He,rs for the purpose of aiding Atty. Arthur Thomson, who was acting as counsel for the towr~. Mr. Bannan made a motion, seconded by Mr. Osgood, and it was unanimously voted that the file be given to Mr. Brasseur. Mr. Brassenr said he would return the file just as soon as he had photostatic copies m~de. The meeting adjourned at 11:00 E. A. Burke. Mr. Marino, associated with the Lantern Corporation, presented modified plans of the proposed subdivision on Dale Street to the Board. 0a the ssid pla~s the turnabout does not extend as fa~ as the original plan submitted by Mr. Mavime. Chapter 41, Section 81W. of the Annotated La~ of Massachusetts concer~f~g the modification of plans was read by the Secretary. Motion was made by Mr. Bannau, ee~onded by Mr. ~lm~ that the modified pla~s submitted ca April 1, 1957 by the Lantern Corporation be approved by the Planuing Beard. The Board voted unanimously on this motion. Mr. Joseph File%ti~ accc~panied by his engineer presented a prellm~ary plan of a motel located on ~hickering Road. Mr. Filetti showed a deed to the land in question, amd the application for a building permit. In the near future a hearing date wiq~ be set b~ the Board. Mr. John I~ of Audover came in with a subdivision of six lots located off Andover Street. He explained that t~he hoses will be constructed of brick amd the estimated cost of each one wdll be $25~000. He stated there was no sewerage at the present in that vicinity, but with the cc~struction of the new school and the sewer extension they could hook into the sewerage line. He brought out that there was a state dr~ on the street. The Board advise~ h~m to ce~tact the Water Department, etc., and to present plans sh,,ing the travelwa~, catch-basins, etc.
