RE: Form A (ANR) for property located at 30 Coachman's Lane.
Dear Ms. Magliochetti:
As you are aware,the Planning Department received a Form A Plan on July 20, 2007 proposing
two lot line changes. The Plan entitled"Plan of Land Showing Change in Lot Line North
Andover, Mass." and dated July 11, 2007 was prepared by William S. MacLeod, Registered
Professional Land Surveyor, from Andover Consultants,Inc., 1 East River Place, Methuen, MA
01844, 2007.
The purpose of your request is to modify the lot line between Lot 3-A and Lot 2-A in order to
exchange 300 square feet of area. The first change occurs on the northern boundary line of Lot
3-A where an area of 60 ft. by 5 ft. is being added. The second lot line modification occurs at the
northeast corner of Lot 3-A where an area of 3 9.10 ft. by 7.67 ft. is being subtracted. The result
of the lot line changes will not increase or decrease either parcel.
The Plan has been reviewed and endorsed.
