Board of Appeals' Any appeal shall be filed within (20) days after the �(iZfe of filing of this Notice R 1)A 14} � IORTh in she Office of the Town o ttLEp bgtio tt;gg TO 10 ; Cf Clerk. „ X pR P 193 149 ppAieD PP �y ITS US TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER MASSACHUSETTS BOARD OF APPEALS Eastern Bank * DECISION 270 Union Street Lynn, MA 01901 * Petition #038-93 The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday, September 14, 1993 upon the application of Eastern Bank requesting a variance from Section 7, Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief of three (3) feet for the side yard setback affecting the right front corner of the building on the premises located at 46 Bear Hill Road. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr. , Chairman, William Sullivan, Walter Soule, Raymond Vivenzio. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on August 25 and September 1 1993 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion by Mr. Vivenzio and seconded by Mr. Sullivan the Board voted unanimously to GRANT the variance for relief of 2.5 feet from the side yard setback. The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provision of Section 10, Paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaw and that the granting of this variance will not cause substantial detriment to the public good or substantially derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw.
