The Board of Appeals held' a regular meeting on Tuesday evening,
August 9, 1994 upon the application of Wagner and Anti Hwang
requesting a Special Permit under Section 4, Paragraph 121(17) of
the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit the continued use of a Family
Suite on the premises located at 47 Cranberry Lane. The
following members were present and voting: William J. Sullivan,
Vice-chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk, John Pallone and Scott
Karpinski.
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on July
20 and 27, 1994 and all abutters were notified by regular mail.
Upon a motion by Mr. Soule and seconded by Mr. Pallone, the Board
voted unanimously to GRANT the Special Permit as requested
subject to the following condition:
1. the premises be occupied by Ling-Ying Kao and Ying-Yee
Lee Kao;
2. the Special Permit shall expire at the time that Mr.
and Mrs. Kao cease to occupy the family suite;
3 . the Special Permit shall expire at the time the
premises are conveyed to any person, partnership,
trust, corporation or other entity;
4. the applicant by acceptance of the Certificate of
Occupancy issued pursuant to the Special Permit, grants
the Building Inspector or his lawful designee the right
to inspect the premises annually.
