The applicant has submitted a written request to withdraw the application without prejudice. The following members were present and voting: Walter Soule, Raymond Vivenzio, Robert Ford, John Pallone, Ellen McIntyre. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on 6/26/96 and 7/3/96. All abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion by John Pallone and seconded by Ellen McIntyre, the Board voted to allow the applicant to withdraw the petition without prejudice.
