The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday evening, July 9,
1996 upon the variance application of Scott Giles under Section 7
Paragraph 7.1 and 7.2 of the Zoning By Law requesting a variance on the
lot dimension and street frontage.
The applicant has submitted a written request to withdraw the
application without prejudice.
The following members were present and voting: Walter Soule, Raymond
Vivenzio, Robert Ford, John Pallone, Ellen McIntyre.
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on 6/26/96 and
7/3/96. All abutters were notified by regular mail.
Upon a motion by John Pallone and seconded by Ellen McIntyre, the Board
voted to allow the applicant to withdraw the petition without prejudice.
Voting in Favor: Walter Soule, Raymond Vivenzio, Robert Ford, John
Pallone and Ellen McIntyre.

of a problem with the tardiness of the legal notice that precluded my petition from being on the agenda for the
June meeting.
Please restamp with todays date in order to track the timing of this application based on June 3, 1996.
