The applicant was granted a Special Permit by the Zoning Board of Appeals to add a screened porch onto a legal non-conforming structure on August 8, 1995. The following members were present and voting: William Sullivan,Raymond Vivenzio, Walter Soule, Joseph Faris, and Ellen McIntyre . The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on 8.23.95 and 8.30.95 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion by Raymond Vivenzio and seconded by Joseph Faris,the Board voted unanimously to GRANT relief of 14.26 feet from the front setback requirement of 30 feet. Voting in favor: William Sullivan, Raymond Vivenzio, Walter Soule, Joseph Faris, and Ellen McIntyre. The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions of Section 10,Paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaw and that the granting of this variance will not adversely affect the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw.
