The proposed work includes installation of an 13' x S' (64 sq.ft.) shed on concrete blocks over crushed stone. Work will be conducted more than 50' from.Bordering Vegetated Wetland (B TW). The shed will be installed within existing lawn/driveway area and. construction access will be over the existing driveway. B. In kind replacement of existing decks,regardless of size. C. Sheds or other outbuildings of less than 100 square feet,which are to be placed on footings, not permanent foundations. D.
