North Andover Ma Withdrawal of Application for Public Hearing Dear Chairman: The Proponent, represented by this firm, hereby respectfully requests a WITHDRAWAL of our previously fled application for full site plan review. This hearing was scheduled and advertised for 20 August 96 at 7:30 PM. This request is a result of findings by the Zoning Adminstrator, which effectively limits the scope of the review to one issue, to wit, change of use, which may be addressed under the new "waiver" procedure of the Planning Board.
