My particular Variance request for the proposed use is extending a living room. B. The particular circumstances of my lot relating to the structure of the lot are not interfering, changing or altering in anyway with any other abutting property and will not alter the soil conditions provided the zoning variance is granted. Moving the proposed addition to any other area of the structure would involve substantial changes to the home. The particular circumstance of my lot relating to shape is that my lot is angled odd in shape with minimum setbacks on the side making the proposed addition 6 feet less than the required 30 feet setback. C. Due to the shape of our lot and the placement of our foundation prior to purchase of the property,placing the addition elsewhere on our lot would involve rearranging the I'and 2n'floor interiors.
