► North Andover Realty Corp. purchased the approved Molly Town Rd. /Autumn Chase
subdivision on July 8, 2005.
The prior applicant had shown his cape style foundations on the sixteen approved lots with
garages attached.
■ The purpose of this modification request is to allow the current owner/builder to construct
his house style which is garage under with full second floor construction. This results in
the homes spaced farther apart and more square footage on the second floor. My
requested foundation is an average 10% larger than the prior applicant's figures. See item
10 on prior application-2,000 sf vs, 2,250s,f, The change in drainage and grading have
been reflected for the revised location of the houses.
■ The property has a cottage to be demolished and 23 acres of land . Approximately 35%
is open space based on the approved definitive/PRD: The property is not within the Lake
Cochickewick watershed.
