We would like to present a lot line change(ANR)to our current residence at 201 South
Bradford Street. Attached is a drawing of the newly proposed lot line (parcel 11-1)with
the 2 acre requirement(RI, 175 feet of frontage). The remaining portion of land is
labeled 11-2 and indicates it is not a buildable lot and has the remaining frontage of 14.9'.
