at the Town Office Bui]~-~. Members present and voting were: James M. Barman,
Robert Burke, Secretary, Howard G~l~n, Nicholas Nicetta and George Farley.
The meeting was called to order at 7:45 PM.

Mr. Mahoney and his associate of Mahoney Corporation presented plans ef land
en Chadwick street. Mr. Maboney expla~ the plans ~ere previously appr~.oved
but now he has-obtAin&d an easement and would like to have ~ese plans s~o~d~g
the eas_~ment approved.
Mr. Barman explained bonds would be required and Mr. ~aheney should submit them
to To~n COunsel who would rule on them and then turn them over to the Board of
Selectmen.
Mr. G~l~n moved to approve the plans subject to obtaining the easement, pesting
of b~nds and meeting all other requirements of'the l~_~g Boards regulations.
Mr. Burke seconded the motion. Unanimous vote.
Mr. Nice%ta stated he felt the Board should recess and attend the meeting at
the Fire House regarding the relocatic~ of Route 110. The Board did not feel
they should attend this meeting. Mr. Nicetta excused hi, self and attended the
meeting for a short while.
Judge Arthur Thomson appeared before the Board and asked to have plans fer Butcher
Boy approved. The Board signed these plans.
Mr. Nicetta aaked to have the ~tuutes of January4 changed toreadthe v~te an
hiring National Planning and Research to read Yes: B~m---, Gilman, Burke, Nicetta,
No: Osgood.
Neiland Douglas and his associates were present at the meeting end were briefed
on the work Mr. Blaekwell had completed for the To~n. Mr. Douglas asked for a
letter of introduction for the various departments he will ccatact for future
planning.
Mr. Burke moved only the Chairman sign plans no requiring approval of the ~
Board. Mr. G~lman secended the motion. U~m~ous vote.
A letter to this effect will be written to the Registry of Deeds.
Attorney John W~l~is appeared before the Board and asked for a Public Hear~wg
for Antoine Roberge to sub-divide property on GreenHill Avenue.
Mr. B~am explained the procedure regard~ the pestimg of bends etc.
Mr. G~m~n reeved a Public Hearing be held on F~nday, May 2, 1960 at 8~00 P~.
Mr. Burke seconded the motion. Umamimous vete.
Mr. Willis stated he would take care of the details.
Mr. Burke moved the'meeting adjourn at 10:00 PM. Mr. G~?w~ seconded the
motion. UB=~mous vote.
