Gen.L.ch. 40A, §17 Property at: 0 May Street NAME: North Andover Housing Authority, HEARING(S): April 10,&June 12,June 28,& 310 Greene Street September 11,2007 ADDRESS: 0 May Street(Map 18,Parcel 5), PETITION: 2007-009B North Andover,MA 01845 TYPING DATE: September 17,2007 The North Andover Board of Appeals held a public hearing at its regular meeting on Tuesday, September 11,2007 at 7:30 PM in the Town Hall top floor meeting room, 120 Main Street,North Andover,Massachusetts upon the application of the North Andover Housing Authority,310 Greene Street,for premises at: 0 May Street(Map 18, Parcel 5),North Andover,MA. The applicant is requesting the issuance of a Comprehensive Permit pursuant to the Massachusetts Comprehensive Permit Law(M.G.L.,c.40B, §§20-23)and the Town of North Andover Comprehensive Permit Rules and Regulations of the Zoning Board of Appeals(the"Local Rules"). The proposed development is for a two-family three-bedroom rental dwelling,one unit of which will be handicapped-accessible, located on a.33-acre parcel of land with a Chapter 705(M G.L.,c. 121B,§26)grant from the Department of Housing and Community Development. The said premise affected is property with frontage on the North side of May Street within the Residential 4(R4)zoning district. Legal notices were sent to all names on the abutter's list and were published in the Eagle-Tribune,a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of North Andover,on March 26&April 2,2007. The following voting members were present: Ellen P.McIntyre,Joseph D.LaGrasse,Albert P.Manzi,III,Thomas D.Ippolito,and Daniel S.Braese. The following non-voting members were present: David R.Webster and Richard M.Vaillancourt. Upon a motion by Ellen P.McIntyre and 2"d by Daniel S.Braese,the Board voted to GRANT the applicant's letter requesting that the Comprehensive Permit for May Street be WITHDRAWN WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
