special meeting ef the Planning Beard was held on Monday, November 28, 1960 at
30 PM at the Teu~ Building. Members present and voting were~ James M. Barman, Chairman,
R~bert Burke, Secretary, and George Farley.
Mr. Burke moved the following article bo inserted in the warrant for the Special Tew~
Meeting:
"To see if the Town will transfer from available or reserve funds $1000.00
to pay u~paid balance due National Planning & Research, Inc."
Mr. Farley seconded the motion. Unanimous vote.
Mr. Burke moved that letters be written te the Beard of Selectmem that the Plan~
Beard approve the acceptance of Green Hill Avenue and Sutton Hill Road as the Planuing
Board had received releases from the Beard of Public Works and the Highway Department.
Mr. Farley seconded the motion. Unanimous vote.
A discussion was held on the reorganizing of the files. Mr. Barman said he had re-
ceived a quotation ef $400.00 from National Planning & Research, Inc. Mr. Farley
· uggested if Mrs. Deherty were willing to de the work the job should be given to her.
Mrs. Doherty said she would be glsd to de the work.
A check with Town Counsel will be made to see hew long plans "not requiring Planning
Beard Approval" should be kept.
A bill for $ 22.75 was signed for Mary Doherty.
Mr. Burke meve~ the meeting adJeur~ at 9:15 PM. Mr. Farley seconded the motion.
Unanimous veto.
