Mr. B-~-~- told the Beard he called Beston University an~ was teld ne la~ is
being rented er leased te Mr. Hughes. He said there is i~sufficieat area te

this land would be put in go~ condition and loaned and seeded.

he would talk to Mr. Marine the next day, Tuesday, ~uae 6, 1961 and was sure

Mr. Burke submitted his resignation as a member ef the Merrimack Valley Regional
Planning Oew~ ssien.

A discussion was held e~ the printing of the Zoning By Law. Mr. Banns= teld the
Beard Jeha Lyens~ Tewa Ceunsel Saisbury and Donald Brasseur were going to meet
to werk on the Zoning By Law to make sure they were complete with all ame~lments
and changes being made.
Tew~ Counsel Salisbury has said bids on the printing ef the By Laws would not
he necessary,
Mr. Ba--an ~Formed the Boar~l the Advisory Bear~ has giver $400.00 for the
printing ef the Zoning By Laws.
Mr, Farley moved that $l~00 he charged for copies ef the By Law. Mr. Gilma~
seconded the motion. U~awi~eus vote.

the cenven%ion. Mr. Gilman secemded the motion. U~m~imeus vete.
Mr. Burke moved that in the future if comventiens are held, the Beard'
should apPoint a delegate to attend and that the Beard pay the expenses.

regulations ef the Planning Board.
