The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday evening,January 11,2000,at 7:30 PM upon the
application of James C.Burke,220 Abbott Street,North Andover,MA for premises at: 206-208 Main
Street,North Andover,MA. Petitioner is requesting a variance from the requirements of Section 7,
paragraph 7.3 for a side setback and for a Special Permit from Section 9,paragraph 9.2 in order to
reconstruct a bam on a pre-existing,non-conforming lot.
The following members were present: Walter F. Soule,George Earley,Ellen McIntyre, Scott Karpinski.
Upon a motion made by Scott Karpinski and seconded by George Earley,the Board voted to allow the
petitioner to withdraw without prejudice. Voting in favor of the withdrawal:Walter F, Soule,George
Earley,Ellen McIntyre;Scott Karpinski.
