Premises Affected: Assessor's Map 47, Parcels 19-21 and Parcels 2 and 3 located off Andover
Street,North Andover, MA
Referring to the above petition for a Definitive Subdivision,Modification. The application
was determined to be complete and was noticed and reviewed in accordance with the
procedures for review and approval in accordance with the Rules and Regulations
Governing the Subdivision of Land and M.G.L. c.41 (the"Subdivision Control Law").
So as to allow: for modification of the approved Chatham Crossing Subdivision to revise the
drainage, drainage easements,and approve the entrance signage for property located within the
R-4 Zoning District
After a public hearing given on the above dates,the Planning Board voted to ACCEPT
the applicant's WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
