As you are aware,the Planning Department received a Form A plan on October 26, 2004
proposing to separate"Lot 1"which is located at 350 Osgood Street,North Andover,
MA.
Lot 1 containing 15,005 s.f, will be deeded to Delores Welch, of North Andover, MA.
The remaining parcel labeled"Lot X NOT A BUILDABLE LOT"containing 9,860 s.f
will remain in ownership of Gerard E. Welch.
The process will allow the separating of one lot into two parcels as shown on the Plan of
Land dated September 14, 2004, as drawn by William S. MacLeod,Reg. Prof. Land
Surveyor, #29644,Andover Consultants,Inc., 1 East River Place,Methuen MA 01844.
