Hill Blvd., North Andover, MA., for land located at 10-12 Beacon Mill Blvd., and Bay State Road, Lot#68
requesting a Variance from the requirements of Section 7,Paragrapti 7.1,7.2,7.3 for lot area, side
setbacks, and street frontage, in Table 2, of the Zoning Bylaw,for construction of a new home and
access from Bay State Road.
The following members were present: Walter F. Soule, Raymond Vivenzio, Ellett McIntyre, George
Earley.
The notice was posted on the Town Hall bulletin board 48 hours in advance of the Special Meeting,
Upon a motion made by Raymond Vivenzio and seconded by Ellen McIntyre,the Board of Appeals
unanimously voted to Deny the request for a Variance requested based on the terms that there was no
substantial hardship, financial or otherwise, and the petitioner has not satisfied the provision of Section
10, Paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaw and that the granting of this variance will adversely affect the
neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw. Voting in favor of the denial
was unanimous: Waiter F. Soule, Raymond Vivenzio, Ellen McIntyre, George Earley.
