at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Bu~l~g. The members present and vot~-_~ were~ J_amea

The Board signed bills for N.E. Tel. & Tel. Co. $ 8.60

The Board looked at a large map put out by the Central M~rri~aek Valley Directors.
Mr. Phelan f~ the Asaeesorla Board was called in to discuss the ~ap with the
· emhere. Atty. ~oha Willis was also present and Joined in on the discussica.
They spoke about keeping land for oonservatica, reservati~os, etc.
Atty. ~J~lia inquired about requirements for o;l~4-~ a hearing for a eu~diviai~
of the ~iard land. ~r. Barman said he would need a definitive p1.% figures fX~m
the Board of Public Works and the Righ~ Dept. Atty. ~i~]is said that ~ outside
lots can be built on right away. Then they t-]~ed about the requ~t of hob-
top roada. Atty. ~illis said it ia not necessary to have that type of read and
the Board said that they could require it. Atty. Willis said the iota on ~aas.

Mr. Barman ',~J.~lJ.-contact T~m Couasel to see if the Planning Board has the power to
require sub-developers to install bit~w~-cas c~orete surface roads.
The Board discussed the hot-topping of roads, etc. and will go on record as voting
· -~-~sly that the Planning Board re~,~e bituminous concrete roads.
