Dear John&Lisa,
As you are aware, the Planning Department received a Form A plan on July 27, 2005
proposing a lot line exchange of parcels of equal area for property located at 1470 Forest
Street Extension Lot 105B, Lot 3 and a second lot located at 1500 Forest Street
Extension, Map 105B, Lot 4. Both properties are located in the R-2 zoning district in
North Andover, MA.
Parcel 1 is to be conveyed from Assessors Map 105B, Lot 3 to Assessors Map 105B,Lot
4. Parcel 2 is to be conveyed from Assessors Map 105B,Lot 4 to Assessors Map 105B,
Lot 3.
The process will allow the exchange of parcels of equal area 7,994 s.f however, the total
areas of both lots will not change as shown on the Plan of Land dated July 13, 2005, as
drawn by David Alves, PLS,#45454,New England Engineering Services, Inc. 60
Beechwood Drive,North Andover, MA 01845. The plan has been reviewed and
endorsed.
