IV , A vjbk e r� Settlers Ridge (Bradford Street) Preliminary Plan Conditional Approval The Planning Board herein conditionally approves an eleven(11)lot Preliminary Plan located off of Bradford Street in the R-2 Zoning District. Findings of Fact A. The Preliminary Plan includes all of the information indicated in Section 3 of the Subdivision Rules and Regulations. B.
