Enclosed please find a completed form J-Lot Release Form for lots 5 & 6 of the
above-referenced project. A completed form has previously been provided to the
Planning Department. However, I enclose another for your convenience. It is my
understanding that adequate, substitute monetary security was previously posted in
connection with this project and that these lot releases are now appropriate under G.L. c.
41, s. 81U.
Would you please inform me of the meeting at which the Board will consider
these lot releases. If you should have any questions or comments, you are welcome to
