The undersigned wishes to record the accompanying plan and requests a `
determination by said Board that approval by it under the Subdivision
Control Law is not required . The undersigned believes that suchapprovalis not required for the following reasons :
1 - The division of land shown on tht accompanying plan is not a sub
division because every ; lot shown ;thereon has the amount of frontage
required by the North Andover Zoning By Law andis on . a, public way ,
namely , Chestnut St._ & Rea St or a private . way , namely`,
Rosemont & Wildrose Drive being land bounded as follows :

Easterly by land now or fornierly of MA Limited Land Corporation and Robert P. Cipro
Southerly by Wildrose Drive & Rosemont Drive; and
Westerly by Chestnut St.
2 The division of land shown on the accompanying- plan is not a sub-
division for the following reasons :
The lots shown all have adequate frontage on a public way or an approved
subdivision road.
