The Planning Board held their regular neet~-8 on Monday evening, October 7,
1~3 at 7=30 P.t(. in the To~n B~-_~ with the following ~-mhers present=
Farley and Williau Chep~]
~. Di~auro was present to have plans signed by the Board with tho special
stamp, not requiring Pl--~,g Board approval, for lots on Sutton Hill Road.
The Beard disonssed a Joint ~eeting of the Board of Appeals and Mr. Al-v--~ar,
a State Pla,~er, to be held in the nea~ fUture. A date that is agreeable to all
concerned will be set in the near future.
The Board discussed t~e Ho. ss. Federation of l:'4~an,,'~,~ Boards convention to be
held on 0etober 12 & 13 at Sea Crest Hotel, North F-~u~uth, Mass.. Mr. Farley
m~de a motion to designate Chair~-- Janes Bm~,m~, to attend the conventio~ a~d to
~reseat his hill for expenses when he returns. Mr. Gi].~aa seconded the ~otion and
the vote was una~.
Atty. John 5. Willis was present and received his copies of the approved plans
for the MacDonald development on Great P~nd Road. The Board informed h~ that a
letter fr~a the Etgh~ay Department to the Planning Board was necessary as to the
construction of roads and disposal of surface drainage. ~e said he had spoken to
Mr. Carry and though% the letter had .1,-eaSt been received by the l~A-n~g Board.
(As yet, no letter has been received fr~m the ~igMeay Dept.) Mr. W~llis spoke
about the necessity of writing, the restrictions on the copies of the pl~,e, he did
not think it was necessary. The Board infc~aed hi~ that it has been dose sa other
sub-division developments and could see no reason why it should not be continued.
Mr. Willis left saying he would get in touch with the ~ighway Dept. ag~- and sake
cerf~ a letter would be sent to the Board.
