'L'VER JAN Q 3 os 44rio �9SSCIIUSEt TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER MASSACHUSETTS BOARD OF APPEALS George Blake Adams DECISION 1034 Salem Street North Andover, MA 01845 Petition #048-93 The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday evening, January 11, 1994 continued from Tuesday, December 14, 1993 upon the application of George Blake Adams requesting a variation of Section 7, Paragraph 7. 1 and 7.2 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief of 43,529 sq. ft. for the lot area and relief of 25 feet for the frontage on the premises located at Lot 8C Duncan Drive. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr. , Chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk, Robert Ford and Scott Karpinski. The hearing was advertised in the Eagle Tribune on November 29 and December 7, 1993 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion by Mr. Soule and second by Mr. Ford, the Board voted unanimously to TAKE THE MATTER UNDER ADVISEMENT. Upon a motion by Mr. Karpinski and seconded by Mr. Soule the Board voted unanimously to DENY the request on the grounds that the petitioner showed no hardship as required by section 10, Paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaw and that the granting of the variance will adversely affect the neighborhood and derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw.
