The said premises affected are properties with frontage on Foxwood Drive&Weyland Circle within the R-2 zoning district. Legal notices were published in the Eagle Tribune on June 6& 13,2000. Public hearings were held on June 20&August 8,2000. The applicant signed waives time constraint forms for all succeeding meetings because of an ongoing court case. The following members were present: William J. Sullivan,Walter F. Soule,John M.Pallone,and Ellen P. McIntyre.
